Paul Taylor is Of Counsel to Korngut Paleudis LLC. Mr. Taylor focuses his practice on real estate financing, real estate transactions, and corporate law. Mr. Taylor regularly represents the firm’s clients in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate, the negotiation of partnership agreements, and other corporate matters. Mr. Taylor also has decades of experience representing clients in the hospitality industry. Mr. Taylor is the proud parent of four and regular golfer.
